Den Frie Centre of Contemporary Art is closed between exhibitions, but Cafe Pegasus remains open.

PLEASE NOTE Wheelchair users: From 16 April to 31 December 2024, we are rebuilding the foyer and forecourt to ensure equal access for all visitors to Den Frie. During this period there is entrance through the café on the lower floor, and it will unfortunately not be possible for wheelchair users to gain access to Den Frie. We regret the situation but look forward to welcoming everyone in January 2025.

Transport and Parking

Den Frie Centre of Contemporary Art is located across from Østerport station. Busses 1A and 15 will get you here, and there are parking facilities at Nyboder.
