Søren Ulrik Thomsen & Det Glemte Kvarter have been working together for more than 10 years arranging the orchestra’s music with Thomsen’s poetry. They’ve just released their third album, played two sold-out shows Hotel Cecil in Copenhagen and will take over Den Frie’s exhibition space Minus 2 from August 2-14 with an audio-poetic piece.
Schedule and tickets available here.
The piece consists of an installation that can be experienced freely within the regular opening hours and intimate live performances where Søren Ulrik Thomsen and the orchestra will perform in the space for only 35 guests.
The piece is presented as a part of TOASTER, a collaboration between Husets Teater and Den Frie Udstillingsbygning.
